Upload defines a file-select field and a "Choose File" button for file uploads from a user’s PC. Only 1 file can be selected for upload per attempt. The element supports the following file formats:

• png

• jpeg

• jpg

• doc

• docx

• pdf

• xls

• xlsx

• pptx

• ppt

• zip

After adding, the following settings are available for Upload in the Data tab:

• Requires checkbox: the text element can be identified as required (the form could not be submitted until the field is filled) or non-required.
