Email templates

Preview page update

A preview page of the email templates was updated and now imitates the email-client interface.
It helps to understand how this email may look in the Inbox.

Testing emails

Send testing emails from the Email template preview page to ensure that future email looks as expected.

Field validation in the editor

Analyze which fields were missed their mapping via 3 indicators:

  • the red stroke highlighting the fields that failed validation;

  • the alert bar at the top of the editor;

  • highlighting in the Structure tab.

The section where at least 1 invalidated field was identified is marked with the warning symbol.

The alert bar contains the switcher that allows navigating between the fields easily. Also, the bar can be collapsed.

Bug reporting tool

Submit any found issue via the Bug reporting tool available in the bottom right corner of the Composer Online interface.

The bug reporting form contains the following inputs:

  1. List all details about a potential system bug in the Description field;

  2. Tell our team the level of impact, so we know how urgent this request is;

  3. Attach any prooves of an unpredictable behavior you met in the application. Use screenshots or screen recordings.

  4. Identify whether our Support team should reach out to you with the response personally;

  5. Allow us to get your browser version, operating system, and screen resolution to reproduce all the conditions you had when met this bug.
